Mohan & Mohan Associates was established in 1980 as a proprietary concern by Shri. M. C. Mohandas with its head office at Trichur. and later converted as a partnership firm along with Mr.R.Krishna Kumar, looking after Cochin branch. Subsequently Shri. R. Suresh Mohan joined Mohan & Mohan Associates as a partner in 1985 and the Trivandrum branch was set up. Mr.Krishna Kumar left the firm in 1986

Shri. T. Gopakumar joined this firm on April 1st, 2000 as its Managing Partner and the head office was shifted to Calicut. Mrs. Sreelatha. S. Kumar joined the firm as a partner on January 1st, 2003 in charge of Cochin Branch. Mr. K.K.Sujanapal joined the firm on 1st November, 2004 in charge of Kannur Branch. Subsequently Shri.M.C.Mohandas retired from the firm with effect from 01-04-2006, and during 2008 Shri.Venugopal joined as a partner at Ernakulam. All the partners together have a combined experience of more than 80 years.

The firm has its offices at strategic locations spreading over the entire length of Kerala state at Trivandrum, Cochin, Calicut and Kannur.

The firm employs a number of qualified personnel in various fields amongst them MBA’s, consulting engineers, Cost Accountants (ICWA) and Chartered Accountants . All the offices are well equipped with Computers, fax machines, typewriters, internet connections etc.

The firm has a wide exposure in Project Consultancy, Statutory audits, Internal Audits, management audits, concurrent audits, proprietary audits, taxation, bank audits, management consultancy and every vista of finance management and advisory service. The firm has successfully executed many time bound assignments and has worked with multi disciplinary teams for various start-ups and government projects in India and abroad.
